Piano di Sorrento, a small center recorded by Plinio, Ovidio and Orazio, and particularly loved by Augusto. It’s likely that also here were many villas in the antiquity, and also a sanctuary on which remains has been built the church of San Michael. Inside there are some valuable paintings and among then there is one of Andrea da Salerno from XVIth century and another of Solimena from XVIIIth century.
