Railway Museum
The National Railway Museum of Pietrarsa stretched on an area of 36,000 mq. between Naples and Portici.
The museum is situated in a historical Bourbon factory. It is a very unusual case of absolut affinity between the story of architecture of this museum and the story which it records: i.e. about railway transport.
The Museum of Pietrarsa is completely dedicated to railway history and owing to its suggestive climate and aboundance of exhibited materials is considered one of the most important museum of railway in Europe.
